Dr. Mike Linville is Associate Professor in Indiana Wesleyan University’s Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership program where he has taught fulltime for the past eight years, writing and teaching courses that include Global Leadership and Advanced Global Leadership. Combining 15 years of corporate marketing and advertising experience with 24 years of international nonprofit experience, Dr. Linville is considered an expert in the complexities, challenges and rewards of global and multicultural leadership. During the 1990s, he served for four years as the rector of an institute in Kiev, Ukraine, where he led a staff of 16 comprised of four different nationalities. In 2009, he was awarded Dragomanov University’s Silver Medallion Award for his service and contribution to education in Ukraine. Dr. Linville frequently presents on various global leadership topics at the Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence Conference and the International Leadership Association’s Annual Global Conference. Presently, he is co-authoring a textbook on global leadership. Dr. Linville is co-founder and senior advisor of the Kiev-based think tank, The Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development.
Dr. Artem Kliuchnikov has devoted his career to working in
international organizations, and has led a number of international teams. These experiences fueled his interest in organizational leadership with a particular focus on its intercultural aspects. Dr. Kliuchnikov earned a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from U.S.-based Regent University. He has taught at the doctoral level at Indiana Tech University, as well as at the International Leadership University in Nairobi, Kenya. Dr. Kliuchnikov also has conducted considerable numbers of training and development programs in Russia and Ukraine. He has been a featured speaker at a variety of conferences, and has presented his scholarly work at the Tobias Leadership Conference and the International Leadership Association’s annual global conference.
Together with Dr. Linville, Artem founded The Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development (ACLRD), a think tank dedicated to promoting innovative leadership practices in Eastern Europe and beyond. Dr. Kliuchnikov serves as the executive director of ACLRD, and also serves as a trainer and consultant through the organization.
