BASES OF LEADERSHIP

Leadership is a new Paradigm

For most of human history, leaders of organizations and institutions often have used centralized power, dominance and control to lead their organizations. A dramatic shift is taking place across much of the world today, as leaders embrace new approaches to help their organizations succeed in the highly competitive global marketplace. Leaders who do not learn new skills, like vision casting, strategic planning, and facilitating change, simply will not survive in this new world. The team at The Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development (ACLRD) employ proven, virtues-based leadership principles and practices to develop leaders who are meeting the challenges of 21st century organizations. If you would like to learn more, ACLRD can help you become the leader you must be! Contact us at:  info@aclrd.com
