The vision of the Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development is to keenly understand the practice of leadership in Eastern Europe through scholarly research, to train and develop leaders across various sectors of society through education, and to influence public policy in advocating for the role that virtues and values play in leading effectively for the benefit of the general public at large.
