The Analytical Center for Leadership and Development is committed to training and preparing leaders. As a discipline, the field of leadership has not yet been well developed or studied in many areas of the world, including Eastern Europe.
Education and research in the field of leadership theory and practice are vital in order to help organizations of all kinds be successful. ACLRD has developed educational programs that offer leaders the opportunity to gain management experience, both theoretically and practically. We provide training in a variety of modalities, including seminars and workshop series. We also have designed and offer a certificate program for those who wish to pursue an in-depth approach to developing their leadership skills. The ACLRD certification program is a one-of-a-kind comprehensive program that prepares people for solving leadership problems. More information about this certification program is available here.
ACLRD also offers leadership training through conferences and experts who share their insights through the ACLRD leadership blog. Other programs, such as a master’s degree, are in the planning stages.
